The bill of State Budget for 2022 foresees a 2% increase for all salaries of Spanish civil servants and public employees.
Thus, the vice presidents, Nadia Calviño; Yolanda Díaz and Teresa Ribera they will receive 81,341.16 euros each, compared to 79,746.24 euros for the current year. In all cases, the salaries of senior government officials and their advisory bodies will be 12 monthly payments, without the right to extraordinary payments.
According to the bill, the remuneration of the President of the Supreme Court and the General Council of the Judiciary, Carlos lesmes, will amount to 145,361.14 compared to the current 142,510.96 euros; and that of the Constitutional Court, Juan José González Rivas, at 160,728.12 euros. These are two institutions whose members have expired for more than two years.
The 2% salary increase for Public employees It contrasts with the 0.9% that has been applied in 2021.
