CLERHP approves a capital increase for 461,428 euros

At the General Shareholders’ Meeting held by CLERHP yesterday, the Board of Directors approved a new capital increase, for the compensation of overdue, liquid and enforceable credits for total value of 461,428.10 euros.

According to the announcement issued for the BME Growth market, this share capital increase is structured as follows: share capital increase for the compensation of overdue, liquid and payable credits, currently set at 403,070.70 euros, in an amount total of 58,357.40 euros, raising it to 461,428.10 euros, through the issuance of 1,458,935 new shares of the Society, of nominal value of 0.04 euros.

In addition to an issue premium for each of the following four exposed tranches, all of them of the same class and series as the currently existing ones:

  • First tranche: For an amount of 3,200 euros, by issuing 80,000 new CLERHP shares, with a nominal value of 0.04 euros each and an issue premium of 1.49 euros.
  • Second tranche: For an amount of 4,800 euros, by issuing 120,000 new CLERHP shares, with a nominal value of 0.04 euros each and an issue premium of 1.70 euros.
  • Third tranche: For an amount of 16,000 euros, through the issuance of 400,000 new shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 0.04 euros each and an issue premium of 1.23 euros.
  • Fourth tranche: For an amount of 34,357.40 euros, through the issuance of 858,935 new shares of the Company, each with a nominal value of 0.04 euros and an issue premium of 1.36 euros.
